My name is Jason, a Certified Stress Management Coach and reformed worrywart, and I started Chill the Duck Out because I genuinely just wanted to provide a simplified resource to help people who are interested in stressing less and living healthier, happier lives.
We sadly live in a world where 75%-90% of all doctor’s office visits are for stress-related ailments and complaints, and that sucks. While it’s impossible to eliminate stress (and not all stress is bad), we can take measures to better control our stress so that it doesn’t become this energy vampire that sucks the joy out of life – and that’s where I hope to help.
You see, stress is a unique experience for each of us. What works for one person won’t necessarily work for another, so there is no silver bullet when it comes to managing your stress. I specialize in helping folks generate a Personal Stress Profile that then allows them to focus on specific measures that will help them control their stress so that they can, well, chill the duck out.
